Terms and Conditions for True Topper Installations
1. Estimates
1.1. The estimate provided through our online tool based on the slide dimensions entered by the customer is an estimate only. The final cost may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
- The specific make and model of your RV.
- The condition of your RV’s slide-out(s).
- Any unforeseen issues that may arise during the installation process.
1.2. Valleybrook RV Body and Paint reserves the right to adjust the final price to reflect any additional labor or materials required to ensure a proper and safe installation of the True Toppers.
2. Additional Work
2.1. Certain RV makes and models may necessitate additional modifications or labor. This could include adjustments to existing awnings, modifications to slide-out mechanisms, or other structural changes required to accommodate the True Topper.
2.2. The condition of your RV, including wear and tear, damage, or previous modifications, may require preparatory work before installation can begin. This work may incur additional charges.
3. Disclaimer
3.1. Valleybrook RV Body and Paint strives to provide accurate and reliable estimates through our online tool. However, due to the variability in RV models and conditions, all estimates are subject to change after a full inspection by our technicians.
3.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate slide dimensions when requesting an estimate. Inaccurate measurements may lead to discrepancies in the final cost, which the customer will be responsible for.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Prior to commencing work, a thorough inspection of your RV will be conducted by our technicians. Any necessary adjustments or additional work will be discussed with you, and approval will be required before proceeding.
5. Customer Responsibility
5.1. Customers must ensure that their RV is accessible and in a condition suitable for the installation of True Toppers. Any delays or additional work required due to accessibility issues or the condition of the RV may result in additional charges.
6. Final Payment
6.1. The final payment will reflect the total cost of the installation, including any additional work or modifications that were necessary. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
